Greetings Dear Ones,
This is Archangel Michael. It has been a while since I have been with you, but my Presence is always here with you--always available to you, always loving you, always watching you and overlighting you, always protecting you.
I am so pleased with all of you. Your intentions to grow are so strong, and are fruitful. You are changing, oftentimes more than you realize. It is not always easy to see your own change. But I tell you, I am greatly pleased with all that you are doing - with your seriousness, your intention, your fervent desire to grow and ascend. It is absolutely making a difference. And it is making a difference on such a large scale. It is changing your world, and it is changing beyond your world. It is changing your solar system, your galaxy, your universe. This is a time of huge proportion, so much more than it is easy to understand.
Often you do not see the results of the work you do immediately, because it may be manifesting in a much greater way or a far-reaching way than you see in your own personal life. The more of you that do this, the more of you that hold this intention and that follow this through with your actions and your choices in life, the greater the field you create that is changing what is manifesting. And so this is an amazing time. It is a time that we are in awe of.
And yes, many of you are having a difficult time in various ways. We have so much love and compassion for you in your difficulties. This realm that you are in, the third dimensional earth realm, is a realm that is more difficult than many, many others. It is not an easy place to manifest, and we have tremendous compassion for you, tremendous desire to support you, to make your process, your journey as easeful as it can be.
Yet, at the same time, there are reasons-personal reasons and reasons beyond the personal-why each of you are having the experiences you are having. They are valuable, they are supporting you, they are purposeful. But it is not always easy to understand, within the context of the third dimension, why this is so.
The message that I so much want to affirm--and I am not alone in this; many, many are saying this, are telling you this, and it is true-that your world is changing at a tremendous pace, at a speed that, again, I don't know how I can communicate to you how immense this change is and how quickly it is happening. But your work is such a valuable part of that, for yourself and for the change. And this change is for so many. So I thank you for all that you are doing, for every way that you show up, for all the ways that you practice, for all the different circumstances in which you turn to the Light, turn to the Love, in which you make the intention to turn to the Light, turn to the Love, in whatever fashion it is, in whatever circumstance you are dealing with-I thank you for all of that.
Beyond that, I wish to tell you that there are things you can do that can support yourself. We have talked about this in the past, as have so many teachers. But it is valuable to hear the reminder. It is valuable support. While some of you may have already mastered certain areas, there may be other areas that you are still working on, and it is different for each person. So it is valuable to have a reminder of this, that there are things you can do to support yourself.
You have these four bodies-the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body, and the fourth body, which some refer to as your etheric body, your energy body, or your spiritual body. The names are not significant, but these are the four bodies that you are all dealing with in various forms. It is good to be aware, as individuals, where you are at in your mastery of these four bodies. It is not required that you be perfect. But there is a threshold level of strength that will allow you to grow, that will allow you to move beyond the third dimension ultimately. And that is what happens. As you gain more and more mastery in these areas, more and more they no longer hold you to this dimension, and you become more and more free of them.
This is true relative to anything. You can look at the area of diet. As you become more and more attuned to what your body needs, what is supporting you, and more and more letting go of the things that are not supporting you, diet becomes easier. It isn't such a problem, it doesn't draw your attention, it doesn't seem to run you and control you. It becomes just a natural, easeful function. What generally happens is that over time, you will find yourself less involved with that arena. You will find yourself wanting less food, eating lighter food, eating less frequently, being less involved in the whole dimension of food taking. That is a natural process. It is not that you should try to speed it up. It is not that you should try to go faster than what is right for you in this moment. That is for each person to find. If you become in tune with your body, your body tells you. Your body communicates what is right for you.
So it is true with every aspect of these different bodies that you are working with, whether it is your emotional body, or whether you're working with your mind and what needs to be purified in your mind, your belief systems, your energy structures, all of those things. It is valuable to become very connected, tuned in to where you are at in this process and aware of what your next steps are. One thing that can be most helpful is to ask your Higher Self: What is most important for me to be working on? What is the area that I should be working on? What are the next steps for me in my growth in this area? As you do this, and as you open more and more to your Higher Self, your Higher Self will more and more give you the wisdom that you need. It will guide you.
For most of you, it is a process of making that connection with your Higher Self, understanding how to communicate with your Higher Self, how to listen to your Higher Self, how to know your Higher Self, how to make space for that. There are certain techniques that can be learned that are helpful, but it is also something that happens through intention, through prayer--which is asking, and through receptivity and openness, where that is what you are longing for, what you are wanting, and what you are open to connecting with.
This is one of the reasons that meditation can be valuable. In the meditation state you are most receptive. You have set aside your thinking mind, your rational mind that occupies much of your consciousness much of the time. When you meditate you set that aside, learn to quiet it, learn to allow it to relax and become open. This is a very valuable time to ask, to intend that you would like to connect with your Higher Self, to ask your Higher Self to show itself to you, and to receive guidance from your Higher Self.
The two most common forms that your Higher Self may appear in, if you are a visual person, is as a sphere of light or as an angel. But it need not always be in these forms. There are other forms. If you are not sure, ask, "Are you my Higher Self?", and find out the answer. See if your heart resonates. And you will come to know your Higher Self.
At that point your Higher Self will more and more be helping you to know your own process. Each person's process is unique and individual. Your process is not the same as anyone else's. There may be similarities, there may be overlap, but everyone's process is their own. Being able to connect with your Higher Self is one of the most valuable things that can support you in your spiritual process, in your spiritual journey.
There can be others who help you, there can be other guides who are supportive as well, other teachers that you find that may help you, even other friends who are on the path may be supportive and may help you. But the most important guide for each person is your connection with your Higher Self. That is most valuable to establish that. Everyone has their Higher Self. No one is barred from that. Your Higher Self has the wisdom that you are needing and that you can call upon.
If you do have guides who you become connected to--and you can always invoke that your guides be only for your highest good, only for the highest good and the highest wisdom, the highest Light and Love, and that you are protected from all else--then these, too, may be very valuable and may be something that you develop a relationship with, that help you over time.
There are changes ahead that are coming. It is easy to fall into fear when things seem to be changing so quickly or at a large scale. This is the biggest challenge that you will have, to stay in the highest vibration that you are able to. This does not mean that fear is bad or wrong. It does not mean that you have failed if you experience fear. It does not mean you're lower or less-than if fear arises for you. But it is important to have a practice relative to fear, to know how to respond when fear arises. There are many people who are skilled and who can help you if you do not have a practice relative to fear.
It is definitely not recommended to suppress your fear, because then it simply goes into the subconscious and is even more controlling of you. So suppression is not helpful, it is counterproductive. Oftentimes this can take the form of telling yourself, trying to convince yourself that you are not afraid, which is generally a form of suppression. It's actually a fear of being afraid. (laughter) Then you have two layers of fear going on.
So it is not to suppress it, is not to fight fear. It is first of all to open to it, to allow it. You may get to know it. You may ask yourself, "What is it that I am afraid of?" And then bring love to the fear, and ask the fear, "What is it that you need? What is it that you're calling me to? Is it some way that you're trying to help me? Is there a lesson that I need? Is there some form of support that I need?" There may be some very valuable message for you in the fear, and you can embrace the fear in that way, not as your enemy, not as your opponent, but as something arising to help you in some way, to be in relationship with, and for you to likewise be in relationship with the fear.
You could look at fear as simply a shadow, the absence of light. When you bring your embrace, when you bring your heart, your love, the light of your mind, you are bringing the light to this shadow. And so it is no longer fear. It becomes Light. It becomes Love. This is the most basic form of responding to fear. It is to acknowledge it, to own it, not to demonize it, not to run away from it, not to make it bad or wrong. Know how to draw it and yourself into the Light, though love, through merging.
This is not just for yourself. There will be many who are afraid and who do not have the strength of practice that you have. Your staying in Light and Love is the greatest help that you can bring to those who are in fear. You may be able to gently support them. But that is not fundamentally what is most helpful. What is most helpful is that you are radiating the field of Light. Let the Light help them. It is not your job to try to teach someone, save someone, change someone. Just be yourself and let your Light shine. If you are guided to do something and it feels like it is for the highest good, you can follow that. But mostly it is through your own work with fear and your own being a beam of Light and Love that will help other people the most. This is most important to know.
Use your discernment. Even now there are all different stories about this happening, that happening, is this going to happen, does this mean this, is this because of this group, whatever... Use your discernment. Your discernment does not only come from your mind. It comes from your heart. Most fundamentally it comes from your heart. Ask yourself, "Is this supporting joy? Does this feel loving? Does this feel free? How does this feel in my heart?" Let that be your first form of discernment. If it does not, change your awareness. Change to something that is resonating at the frequency you want to be resonating at.
Again, you do not need to change the old thing. That is one of the traps that often draws you into that lower frequency-thinking you have to change it. You do not have to change it. All you do is shift your consciousness into the frequency that you want to be in. Hold that frequency. Be with that. And then be guided-what is it that you need to do? But be guided once you are in the frequency that is the highest Light and Love for you.
So bring your discernment. This is going to increase in the future, too. The amount of stories, the amount of people saying this, doing this, things seeming to be contradictory, not being clear who you can trust ... This will take discernment. And be sure it is the discernment, first and foremost, of your heart, backed up by your mind and your conscious awareness. These will be your most valuable tools. Beyond that, your personal practice, to the degree you can, is most valuable. It makes a difference for you and makes a difference for all. That is a way that you support yourself and you can contribute to others most directly. You contribute to creating the future that is for the highest through your personal practice.
Now my dear ones. I would like to hear your questions. What would you like to ask me today?
1st Man: It seems for me it hasn't been easy to form close personal relationships with other people in my life that share a path of growth in consciousness and awareness. Is that because it's a solitary path, or just my path?
Archangel Michael: It has been a solitary path for many of you. Many of you have wanted more closeness, more intimacy in your life, and it has been a solitary path up until now. This is part of what is going to be changing in the future. It is part of what has been challenging for many of you. Many of you remember lifetimes of being so connected, so close, maybe to one other person, maybe to a group of other people, maybe to both. And it has not been easy. There has been a heart longing for this closeness, this connection.
And yet, part of the call and part of the response on the part of so many of you in coming in at this time, into this world, has been to do this work. For many of you, it has strengthened you to be most available for this work in being in a solitary path. So that has manifested for many, many of you. But it is changing.
It will change, partly, at a group level, because you are moving into a very different time of unity consciousness, where you will not feel the feeling of being solitary any more. You will feel your connection to other people. You will start to more and more connect with your soul family. It will be obvious who are the soul family members who you have come here with. You also will more and more start to connect with your soul family in other dimensions. This, too, is a source of great closeness and intimacy.
And you will start to find the most close people, the intimate partners who are supporting you in this work, who are not detracting you, as so many of your relationships have appeared to do, where it has seemingly been a choice of going into your spiritual work or going into relationship. This will not be the case. There will be a newfound ease, a newfound flowing, of moving very fluidly between the different parts of your life. There will be a naturalness, an integration to them, and you will find the other beings that you are doing this with. That will be a great opening for many of you. It will be very joyful, and it will give you even more energy to do your work. That is part of the change that, in the next few years, will be manifesting more and more.
Part of it has been the work of going into your heart, which it has seemed necessary to do on your own, because it was such focused inner work. But now you are being given more and more help, and it is becoming more and more a fruitful practice. As this becomes so, it will naturally turn you into the field of relationships. And there will be much joy and much reunion in that field.
1st Woman: How will we find other spiritual people?
Archangel Michael: Ask your Higher Self. Your Higher Self is the master of guiding you and attracting things into your life. It will happen most naturally and most organically. You do not need to figure it out or take steps to make it happen. As your heart opens, you will naturally make those connections at the heart. It will be a very organic process.
2nd Man: Do you foresee different types of living arrangements in the future, as we connect more with people, more into communal rather than single households?
Archangel Michael: Most definitely! Your heart longs for that closeness, and it is most natural. In the higher dimensions, beings do not exist in this individual form. We exist only in a group form, where we couldn't be apart from each other. This form of individuation and separation within individuation is a result of your manifesting in third dimension. In some ways, it's one of the lower levels in third dimension. It was an exploration, to find out what is it like to be so individuated, to such an extent, you might say so separated-what is possible, what is not possible. But certainly, one of the results has been a certain kind of pain and sense of being bereft at the heart, a deep, deep soul loneliness.
You might say you have offered this up in exchange for having the experience of what it is like to really know yourself, to really act independently as a self being, to really explore power as an individual, to explore all forms of life as an individual, creativity as an individual, survival as an individual, loving as an individual, all different aspects of life. You are very near to the end of that exploration and returning to a different form. As you move into these new levels, into the fourth dimension, it is much more natural to identify as a group, rather than an individual, and to more and more naturally live from that place-to live from that place in terms of creating your home, in terms of creating your work, in terms of creating, that you will much more create from a group space than an individual space. This will start to begin in the fourth dimension, and it will become very strong in the fifth dimension.
So naturally, the forms of your living, the forms of your home, the forms of groupings of homes or what you might call villages or cities, the services that all of you need around growing food or having services, goods-all the things that you as humans have as part of your life are going to start to take a different form. It is going to more and more be a shared form, a group form.
2nd Man: The environments that we live in, will they be more structured to support healing and consciousness?
Archangel Michael: Those are two somewhat different things. By healing, do you mean physical healing?
2nd Man: All forms-mental, emotional...
Archangel Michael: Well ultimately, healing is healing of separation from God. And yes, it will! (laughter) But it happens in stages, as your consciousness supports it. As you move into a higher consciousness, you will start to support more and more of that healing. It will manifest at first in more physical ways, because the physical is the lower spectrum of consciousness. As you grow in consciousness, as you grow in strength in being able to hold the frequency of higher consciousness, it starts to expand into emotional healing, where you do not feel yourself separate from God at the emotional level. This is specifically what the fourth dimension is very much about.
At the lower fourth dimension, beings tend to experience the emotions that are extremes of separation from God-the emotion of fear, the emotion of anger, the emotion of sorrow or loss. As you hold a higher and higher frequency in the fourth dimension, your emotional frequency will change and your emotional experience will change. That is a form of healing, most definitely. You will be experiencing more peace, more contentment, more joy, more happiness, more delight. It won't necessarily be the kind that you associate, in the third dimension, with excitement and excitation. It will have a much more centered form, but it will go much deeper.
Similarly with your thinking, there will be healing of the thinking, of your beliefs. So many of your beliefs around duality and separation, good and bad, right and wrong, higher/lower, better/worse-that kind of thinking will have a great healing. You will understand that it is not necessary. It is not an inherent part of consciousness. And your consciousness will be more freed.
2nd Woman: Around the world, will people be moving into fourth dimension, fifth dimension at different times, or will there be a shift so that most people will move into fourth dimension at the same time?
Archangel Michael: Both are true. It has always been true that people can move into the dimensions at their own timing. You have had your beings that you have been aware of who have done this. Oftentimes you have looked at them as masters, enlightened ones.
There are also times where the forces come together from so many different directions supporting many people making this shift. This is one of those times. That is why there is such support. It is partly why this change is happening so quickly. The more people that participate in it, the more support there is, and then it happens even faster. This is one of those times, when there is great support for many, many beings to move into the fourth dimension. You are going to witness this.
It is not something to be worried about. This process is inevitable. You came here for this and you are all doing this. It is true of every person. There is no one who cannot be part of this process. Yes, some people may have different timing. Some people may choose a different pace, for whatever reason, and that is perfect for them. But there is no one who is not growing in God, no one who is not on their path in God.
But yes, it is true that at this time there will be many, many people who are transitioning into the fourth dimension, and there is tremendous support for this.
2nd Man: What will that feel like, to be in the fourth dimension?
Archangel Michael: You are most familiar with it through your dreams. It will feel like a dream, that quality of a dream. Depending on your integration with your etheric body especially, this will determine how much choice you seem to have. At first you may not feel like you have very much choice as to what's happening to you. Some practices have been recommend relative to going into your dreams and trying to have choice in your dreams, trying to be conscious in your dreams. This is what it will be like
in the fourth dimension.
You will have your physical body. The fourth dimension is a physically manifest dimension. But it will not feel as solid as it does or as fixed as it is. It will feel more fluid and more spacious in a certain way.
When you make this transition, you are beginning your process of growth in the fourth dimension. You are like a very young being, and you will have much to learn. There will be other beings who will be there to help you, much the way parents are here in this dimension to guide you and to help you to grow. You will have what you need.
3rd woman: Will there be a time that we'll see those that we miss that have passed over-animals, people ...?
Archangel Michael: You can do that now, if you so desire. It requires opening the higher centers, opening your heart and opening your third eye, and having them connected. If you have those abilities, you can do that now. It will become easier when you are in the fourth dimension. Those will become a more significant part of your life and of what you are naturally focused on. So it will become easier at that point.
4th woman: The "soon" question-how soon? (laughter) It seems like everybody asks that. It's almost funny, but...
Archangel Michael: It is natural to want to know. There is much in place. The future is not a fixed thing. What can only be said right now are the energies that are in motion, the directions, the trajectories that you are on. Right now the trajectory is supporting a shift.
It's more like a window-this is a good way to look at it-a window that is opening. That window is already open, and the shifts have already begun. But the window will, in some ways, be opening more fully at the end of next year [2012], at the beginning of the year after that [2013]. But this is a window. It does not necessarily mean that everything will happen all at once. It is a possibility that that could happen, that there could be a very condensed period of time where many people make this transition. And it is also possible that it will not look like that. It is possible that the window will be a longer span of time, and during that time more and more people will start to transition. But it is very likely that you will be seeing significant changes in your world, already by the end of this year, definitely by the end of next year.
Part of what needs to happen for this shift to occur-and this is always the way any change happens-is there is the release of the old, the breaking up, the letting go, before the new comes in. So some of the changes that you are going to see may look like a certain level of things falling apart -things physically falling apart, changes with the earth. Already you're seeing that. Already that's happening. It may be changes with the social structures between people. Already you're seeing that, too. You're seeing governments change, you're seeing revolutions, you're seeing changes in the financial structures, already. But it's hard to see from your perspective, you might say. It is hard to see that this is already underway, that this is beginning. It's very easy to look at these as isolated incidents. They are not isolated incidents. This is the beginning of the old starting to dissolve. And we're talking about a big process, where it's a level of manifestation, a level of consciousness that's starting to dissolve. It's so vast, so big. Your world is changing before you. If you look for it, you can see it.
It is good to know that this is happening. This is one of the things that will help with not falling into the fear, to see this as part of the way change always happens. Yes, there is dissolution. It might look like chaos. It might look like destruction. But from another point of view, it is completely orderly, it is completely perfect.
And now I close. I send you my sword of protection, my sword that cuts through illusion, my sword that opens you to God's Light and God's Love. I love you. God loves you. And you are always in God.

I come to you today to tell you of our love for you our brothers in light. You are light of light, light of our Creator’s consciousness. You are eternal souls in making. Your growth is centre stage to the developments on your beloved planet. We are ethereal beings, we represent your future. This is the future that awaits us all. Your transformation into beings of light is a difficult transition at times. You shall know ups and down on the path that you have chosen. Look around you and see the light is everywhere and in everything. Can you feel it yet? Imagine being blind a having only your feelings to guide you.
